It is my pleasure to send this letter, describing my experience with your company and all workers from the beginning to the end of my move.It started with your sales representative Matt. After listening to him and looking at the differences with you and other possibilities, and looking at all it would require with the other options, it was a relief to give it over to your company. I had a lot of hesitation in the beginning because of a previous experience with movers. Movers have a lot of bad press and in some cases, rightfully so.

Once I started packing and needed wardrobe and mirror, glass, picture cases, you were so kind to give me, at no charge, used ones. It was a tremendous help and kept some of the cost down.

Then there was the packing up of the tv’s, glass table tops etc. There was so much care in the process by the men involved.

Then the big day, packing up the truck. It is the part I dread. Your men did such a good job, no damage to the walls or white carpet, even though it was raining and icy. They were so quick and good with the process.

I was suprised at the fact that you would hold the items for a week at no charge. It was a life saver as my closing in another state was put off twice. I had to keep changing the delivery date. The office people were so patient with all the calls and changes as well as showing concern and empathy.

When things finally came together, the weather didn’t cooperate. In spite of that, the delivery place not being ready, being put off for at least an hour and the driveway being icy, they took it in stride and succeeded in making it work spite of all the workers in their way.

It was such a relief to have them take it all over and bring it to fruition, in spite of all the roadblocks.

I want you to know how grateful I am to you all. It to anyone how is thinking about moving.

If there was any business that I admire and respect, it is yours and I would recommend.
